How the appointment works

A visit to the Asilo Bianco is an important first step in getting to know our organisation.
The coordinator will welcome you, show you round the premises and explain how the day unfolds. You’re free to ask as many questions as you like, have a look around and soak up the atmosphere of our centre.
If you’ve already got your little one with you, bring them along. The spaces at Asilo Bianco are designed with children in mind: you’ll see that they’ll be perfectly at ease on their own.

What you’ll see during the tour

The facilities: the classrooms, the art studio, the gym
What a typical day is like at the nursery and pre-school
The teaching team: who the teachers are, and how they work
Practical details: timetables, fees, enrolment procedures

Do you have any questions?

01 How long does the visit last?

It usually takes between 45 minutes and an hour, but there’s no set rule. It depends on how many questions you have and how much you want to go into detail. We’re in no rush.

02 Can I bring my child with me?

Of course – in fact! Taking them along helps you understand how they’d feel in those spaces and gives them a chance to get to know the carers.

03 Do I need to know already whether I want to enrol?

Absolutely not. The visit doesn’t commit you to anything. It’s an opportunity to find out more about what we offer and to clear up any doubts you may have.

04 How will you contact me once I’ve filled in the form?

The Becoming Education office will ring you directly, usually within 24 hours. Together, you’ll agree on the day and time that suit you best. If we’re unable to reach you by phone, we’ll reply by email.
